Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Dusted and its related services. By using Dusted, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What Dusted provides

Dusted transforms publicly available clay target competition records into personal career views, comparisons, milestones, and related features. Dusted is an independent product and is not an official service of ATA, NSSA, NSCA, PITA, or any other governing body unless Dusted explicitly states otherwise.

Public-record limitations

Competition records can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or incorrect at their source. Dusted may cache records and explain known gaps, but it cannot guarantee that every record is complete or current. Governing-body records and rulebooks remain authoritative for classification, awards, eligibility, and official competition decisions.

Subscriptions

• Dusted may offer auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, trial eligibility, and included access before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Trials and introductory offers are subject to Apple eligibility rules. Unused trial time may be forfeited when a subscription begins.
• Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You may use Dusted for personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse Dusted to overload source sites, bypass access controls, harvest member directories, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, or use the app to harass a shooter.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking member numbers before connecting or sharing a record. Do not rely on Dusted as the sole source for official classifications, shoot entry, award eligibility, or other decisions controlled by a governing body.

Ownership

Dusted's software, design, branding, original writing, and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Governing bodies and other parties retain their rights in their names, marks, rules, and source records. These Terms do not grant rights to misuse any party's intellectual property.

Availability and changes

Dusted may change, suspend, or discontinue features when sources, rules, platforms, or legal requirements change. Dusted may also restrict access when needed to protect users, source sites, or the service.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Dusted is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular competitive decision. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
